At Nav Abhiyan, we believe that A Sound Foundation to the Education makes for Sound Citizens of the future. As a result, our pioneering programme called NEEV (Foundation for children (age group of 4 to 17)- the citizens of tomorrow.

• Completion of school education.
• Continuation of education till graduate level and beyond.
• Not limited to literacy only but aimed at future employment and professions.
• Promotion of non-conventional sources of energy.
• Supplementation of education imparted by government schools by way of tutorials, remedial classes.
• Assistance in securing admission to EWS quota in in public schools.
• Access to all technical and specialised assistance that students need from time to time and their parents may not be in a position to provide.
• Logistic, psychological and physical support.
• Sense of belonging.
• Identify each one’s individual talent and help play to the strengths.
• Help each one overcome their specific weaknesses not limited to academics only and including domestic attitudes and psycho-social parameters.

This programme started with the idea of women empowerment and now extends beyond the gender to impart economic and social sustenance to all.

• Establishment of vocational training courses for women, adolescent girls and unemployed youth
• Networking to libraries, reading rooms, health, sports and community centers.
• Skill development for alternate revenue generation for home makers
• Production of wares with assistance and platforms for their sale, marketing and promotion.

Helping needy parents

We have been getting generous sponsors for providing facilities to poor children of needy parents ever since we started Neev. As we encourage parents to admit their children to various Public Schools under EWS category, they don’t have to pay school fee. But for rest of their expenses like travel, books & uniform our sponsors support them regularly and keep monitoring their progress.

Our gratitude to Anita & Vinod trust for continuously helping six students for paying their school fee every year. So much so that when a girl passed her 12th, and wanted to continue her college studies they continued paying her college fee also.

One student wanted to prepare for medical entrance, the trust is supporting her by paying her fee to Vedantu coaching centre.

Help during Pandamic
For facilitating children to attend online classes many well-wishers donated mobile phone and laptops.

As we could not reach to the community due to Pandamic, we joined hands in the noble work with an organisation named Aashirwad Foundation of India.
Aashirwad is running special education school for the mentally challenged children coming from under privileged society, its aim is to help and enable them in the context of education as well as vocation, so that they can participate in the main stream of the society. Our Volunteers and office bearers keep visiting them on various festivals to inspire them by storytelling , holding Art competitions, distributing nourishing sweets etc,
